About Tien

Tien is an award-winning visual designer, brand strategist, and UI/UX, bringing over nine years of diverse experience across agency and in-house environments. She is dedicated to establishing enduring and impactful brands through a strategic and thoughtful approach, adeptly transforming concepts into compelling visual narratives. Tien’s expertise encompasses various design disciplines, including branding, product launches, event design, and corporate identity development.

In addition to her design acumen, Tien has honed her leadership and operational skills as a Restaurant Manager at Panda Express and Sonic Drive-In. In this role, she successfully managed teams, streamlined operations, and enhanced customer satisfaction. This experience not only underscores her capacity for team management but also reinforces her commitment to delivering results in fast-paced environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) at Texas State University through a low-residency program. This flexible educational approach allows her to balance her academic pursuits with her professional responsibilities and personal interests.
